Picking up where the first film left off, some of the townsfolk head to the Caribbean to relax after battling Jack for their town. Little do they know, Jack has followed and Agent Manners is already living on the island. Their relaxing tropical paradise is about to get a bit nippy.
Christopher Allport (Sam), Eileen Seeley (Anne), Chip Heller (Joe), Marsha Clark (Marla), Scott MacDonald (Jack Frost voice), David Brooks (Agent Manners), Sean Murphy (Captain Fun).
This episode was even more ridiculous and campy than the first with, believe it or not, worse acting and even fewer special effects. The movie was so unoriginal it was obvious when they copied scenes from Gremlins. The attempts at B-movie comedy were so poor they came off as lame. Jack wasn’t even seen beyond puddles and wiggling carrots until halfway into the film and then he came off as all bark and no bite.
There were a few decent scenes like a naked girl being frozen in a swimming pool which also doubled as the gratuitous nude scene of the film. Or baby snowmen exploding in bloody bits.
Acting was awful, sets were awful, special effects were ridiculous, dialogue was horrible. Overall, a film worth being forgotten.
Some nudity, violence, and gore. Other than the nudity this one is probably fine for preens and above since it is so ridiculous it couldn’t scare anyone.
